Vaccination Policy

We ask that owners ensure their pet's vaccinations are up to date for Bordatella/Kennel Cough, Parvo/Distemper, and Rabies. Although we follow strict sanitization protocols after each grooming, we are not liable for any risks associated with disease/illness. Please call to reschedule your appointment if your pet is sick or showing unusual behaviors/symptoms.

 


Matted Coat & Behaviour Policy

For your pet’s safety, a coat and behavior assessment will be conducted upon arrival. Light to moderate matting may be managed if your pet is comfortable and cooperative. A $30 de-matting fee will apply, which includes a shave-down if necessary.

A $10 handling fee may also apply for dogs who are uncooperative, reactive, or excessively wiggly, as this reflects the additional time and care required to groom them safely.

However, severe matting or extreme anxiety may require referral to a veterinarian, as grooming under these conditions is safest in a medical setting.



Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24-hour notice prior to canceling an appointment to cover the time we had set aside for you. Last-minute cancellations are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. You may choose to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge.

Frequent cancellations will require a non-refundable deposit of $30 to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total bill at the time of grooming.

 

Late/No-Show Policy

We rely on clients to be on time as we are an appointment-based business. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will be unable to accommodate you, and this will result in a $30 late/no-show fee. Please be respectful of our time and our business by being on time for your appointment.

 



Late Pick-Up Policy

Please pick up your pets at the notified time. Pets not picked up within a reasonable time will be subjected to a $1/minute fee.
