*Please note that we are accepting new clients under 30 lbs only.

*Please book your grooming appointment in advance as we take one dog at a time.

*We are currently accepting payment by cash or Interac e-Transfer only. Please send e-Transfer to: Studiokikodogs@gmail.com. Thank you for your kind understanding.


Drop-Off & Pick-Up Instructions


Please read and follow these instructions to ensure your appointment runs smoothly.

Drop-Off

 

*Please take your dog out for a potty break before the appointment time. We do not offer potty breaks or walks during grooming.

*Please avoid arriving early, as we do not have a designated waiting area. Once you arrive at your scheduled appointment time, we will welcome you inside to discuss grooming preferences and any concerns you may have.

*You can choose to make your payment at this time or when you pick-up your dog.



Pick-Up

 

*We will call/text you to inform that your dog is ready for pick-up.

*We kindly ask that you wait outside in your parked car when you arrive to pick-up your dog. Please do not arrive early or knock/ring the doorbell, as this may cause your dog anxiety.

*If you need to settle any payments, you will be invited to come inside. Otherwise, if everything is set, we will bring your dog outside to meet you!
